Sign Wise ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use the Sign Wise mobile application ("App").
Contract text you submit. When you use Sign Wise to analyze a contract, you submit text to our backend service for processing. This text is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI API to generate an analysis. We do not permanently store the raw contract text on our servers. Analysis results are stored locally on your device.
Device and usage data. We may collect anonymized, aggregated usage data (e.g., number of analyses run, features used) to improve the App. This data cannot be used to identify you.
Purchase information. In-app purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We do not receive or store your payment details. We receive only a confirmation of purchase status.
We do not sell your data. We share your contract text with the following third party solely to operate the service:

Contract text submitted for analysis is not stored on our servers beyond the time needed to process and return a result (typically seconds). Analysis results are stored locally on your device and are under your control.
We use HTTPS for all communications between the App and our backend. Subscription status is stored in iOS Keychain (encrypted, protected by Secure Enclave). We do not store sensitive contract data server-side.
Sign Wise is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted personal information through the App, please contact us.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal data. Since we do not retain contract text server-side, there is typically nothing to delete beyond purchase records (managed by Apple). To exercise any rights, contact us at the address below.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
