These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Sign Wise mobile application ("App") provided by Sign Wise ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading or using the App you agree to these Terms.
Sign Wise is a software application that uses artificial intelligence to identify and summarize potentially significant clauses in contract documents submitted by users. The App is designed to help users understand what they are reading — it is not a legal service provider.
The analysis produced by Sign Wise is generated by an AI language model and is provided for informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice. You should consult a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction before signing any contract or taking legal action based on information from the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement.
All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's Terms of Sale. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not control or process refunds directly.
You retain all rights to contract text you submit to the App. By submitting content you grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the analysis service. We do not retain your contract text beyond the time required for processing.
You may not use the App to:
AI-generated analysis may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. We make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of the analysis. You use the App at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sign Wise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its output, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The App, including all software, branding, and content created by us, is owned by Sign Wise and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases. Locally stored data remains on your device.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notice or email.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Ljubljana, Slovenia.
